Feeling and Looking great in your Express Yourself by U Moo-dy is important and why we are here! 

If your item isn’t working out for you, simply pack up your item along with your packing slip and mail it back within 14 days of receipt . We will gladly issue you a store credit to use on your next u Moo-dy purchase! 

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
